No one ever really talks about this band. Rain were from DC and started in 1986, but this flawless 6-song (bummer that's all there is) album didn't get released 'til around 1990 on Peterbilt Records. It sold out very quickly then, and had been OOP up until a couple years ago, when Dischord re-released it. Sadly, I don't think they released it on vinyl, but hey, who cares.
If you like Rites of Spring, Embrace, Dag Nasty, you'll LOVE Rain. John Kirschten totally even sounds like Guy from Rites of Spring.
